Event Rules
PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR TICKETS
By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event, you agree to follow all Event Rules and instructions from our staff.
🚨 SAFETY & SECURITY
• NO WEAPONS: Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited. All guests are subject to security screening and/or bag searches upon entry.
• NO SMOKING, VAPING, ALCOHOL OR DRUGS: Smoking, vaping, alcohol, drugs, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Intoxicated guests will not be admitted.
• APPROPRIATE FOOTWEAR REQUIRED: Closed-toed shoes are required. No flip-flops, sandals, high heels, or other open-toed footwear.
• NO FIGHTING OR THREATS: Fighting, threatening behavior, harassment, intimidation, or physical altercations will result in immediate removal without a refund.
• RESPECT OUR ACTORS, CREW & GUESTS: Do not touch, harass, intimidate, or verbally abuse our actors, crew, or other guests. Do not touch actors, props, scenery, or special effects. Handrails may be used where provided.
• FOLLOW STAFF INSTRUCTIONS: For everyone’s safety, guests must follow all instructions given by Haunted Amusement Park staff. Failure to do so may result in removal without a refund.
• NO ANIMALS
🚫 PROHIBITED ITEMS
• NO RIDE-ON EQUIPMENT: No bikes, skateboards, scooters, strollers, or other ride-on equipment are permitted inside the event or on the Scare Trail.
• BAGS: Large bags and backpacks are not permitted. Bags must not exceed 12” x 12” and are subject to search.
• NO PHOTOGRAPHY OR PROHIBITED LIGHTING: No photography, filming, flashlights, lasers, or lighters are permitted inside the attractions.
• NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES: Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the event or attractions. Refreshments are available at our concession stand.
👻 GUEST CONDUCT
• NO LINE CUTTING: Line jumping, cutting, or saving places in line is not permitted.
• NO RE-ENTRY: Once you leave the event, re-entry is not permitted.
• CHILDREN: Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
GUEST INFO
The Scare Trail is not recommended for children under 10. Children under 5 years old are not permitted.
• All children must be able to walk the entire one-mile Scare Trail on their own. Strollers and other methods of transporting children are not permitted on the trail.
• NO PETS: No pets are permitted inside the event or attractions,.
🚗 PARKING
• ON-SITE PARKING IS REQUIRED: All guests must park in our designated private on-site parking lot.
• NO STREET PARKING: Parking on roads or streets surrounding the event is prohibited. Vehicles parked on surrounding roads may be towed at the owner’s expense.
• Please follow all parking signs and instructions from our parking staff.
⚠️ IMPORTANT EXPERIENCE & HEALTH INFORMATION
The Scare Trail is an intense and physically demanding experience. Guests may encounter uneven terrain, stairs, steep inclines, narrow passageways, darkness, extreme low visibility, loud sounds, strobe lights, fog, Claustrophobic areas, sudden movements, special effects, and other intense sensory experiences.
Guests who are pregnant or have medical conditions, physical limitations, or sensitivities that may be affected by these conditions should not participate.
Please consider the physical and sensory demands of the attraction before purchasing your ticket.
🎟️ REFUND POLICY
Tickets are non-refundable except for approved claims under our optional Ticket Protection program.
No refunds will be issued for being too scared to enter, leaving before completing the attraction, long wait times, arriving late, unused tickets, changing your mind, or choosing not to attend.
If wait times are a concern, please consider purchasing a Fast Pass.
🚫 ENFORCEMENT
The Haunted Amusement Park reserves the right to refuse admission to or remove any guest who violates these rules, fails to follow staff instructions, or whose behavior or condition may create a safety concern for themselves, our staff, actors, or other guests.
Guests who are refused entry or removed from the event for violating Event Rules are not entitled to a refund.
ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. By entering the event, you acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks and voluntarily assume the risks associated with attending and participating in the Haunted Amusement Park.
