HAUNTED AMUSEMENT PARK
RELEASE OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR TICKET.
By purchasing, accepting, or using a ticket to The Haunted Amusement Park Scare Trail and related attractions, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that the Event contains inherent risks and intentional scare effects, including but not limited to complete or partial darkness, blackout areas, strobe lights, lasers, fog, air blasts, loud noises, sudden sounds, live scare actors, animatronics, steps, ramps, uneven terrain, and other unexpected effects. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending and participating in the Event.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and agree not to hold liable Haunted Amusement Park, its owners, operators, employees, agents, contractors, performers, volunteers, affiliates, property owners, and other Event representatives for claims arising from my attendance or participation in the Event, including claims involving injury, illness, death, or property damage, except where such liability cannot legally be waived.
TICKETS PURCHASED FOR OTHERS
If I purchase tickets for other individuals, I acknowledge that everyone using those tickets is subject to and agrees to these terms as a condition of entry. I agree to inform all individuals for whom I purchase tickets of this Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement.
Each person entering the Event using a ticket must agree to and be bound by these terms to the fullest extent permitted by law.
PARKING
For the safety and security of all guests, all attendees must park in the designated Haunted Amusement Park parking lot on the Event premises. Parking on neighboring, private, or unauthorized property is prohibited.
ARBITRATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to my ticket purchase, attendance, or participation in the Event, or this Agreement, shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
I further agree that any arbitration will be conducted individually and not as a class or representative action, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By purchasing a ticket, or entering the Event, I confirm that I have read and understand this Agreement, voluntarily assume the risks of attending a haunted attraction, and agree to its terms.
I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS AGREEMENT MAY LIMIT CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO BRING CERTAIN CLAIMS IN COURT.
