
Event Rules
​
1. No Weapons of any kind are permitted inside our event. Anyone entering event is subject to search.
2. No Smoking, Vaping, Alcohol, Drugs, or illegal substances permitted.
3. No Intoxicated individuals may enter.
4. No Bikes, Skateboards, Strollers, or other ride on equipment are permitted inside of event.
5. Closed Toed Shoes Only. NO Flip Flops, Sandals, High heels.
6. No Large Bags or Backpacks allowed inside the event over the
size of 12" x 12". All bags are subject to search.
7. No Photos, Filming, Flashlights, Lasers, Lighters, allowed inside attraction.
8. Do not Touch ANYONE (Actors, crew, or other patrons) or ANYTHING (Props, sets, etc.) other than handrails inside our attractions.
9 No Line jumping/Cutting or place holding is permitted.
10. Children under 13 MUST be accompanied by an adult.
11. NO refunds for any reason…NO EXCEPTIONS! If you are too scared to go in or too scared to continue, then a job well done by our staff!
12. NO Abusive Language or unruly behavior. Inappropriate language or actions toward our Cast, Crew and other patrons will result in your removal without refund.
13. No outside food or beverages allowed in event or inside attraction. Refreshments are available at our Concessions stand.
14. No babies, toddler, or strollers are permitted to enter.
15. The Scare Trail is Not recommended for children under 10.
16. Those who may be Pregnant, have Heart issues, Epilepsy or any other concerning health issues may not enter.
​By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event, you agree to abide by the Event Rules. If Patrons choose not to follow the above Event Rules, it could result in Denial of entry or removal without Refund.​​
